This is my go to place for cheap, affordable Chinese food.

Let me say this again - it's cheap. Delivery over $25  is free if it's to a location within a certain radius. I often order their large hot and sour soup to keep as leftovers, shrimp fried rice and pork egg foo-young.

I'm writing this review after having ordered from them many times. Think over ten times. But I've only eaten in twice or thrice. The place itself is an older space that's no-frills. Fish swimming in a tank in the middle of the restaurant entertain children, and every meal comes with fortune cookies whether you're getting delivery, take-out, or eating in.

Their food's all pretty good, value-for-money, and filling. Probably a great student spot, and lunch combos come with soup (you have to eat in).

Their wor wonton soup is yumz, with wontons, vegetables, shrimp and fish.

Just do it, try this place if you're hungry. Don't bring someone you're trying to impress here. Bring your Asian parents here - they may say they could have cooked this at home but you will be a filial child at a small price tag.

Or if you're feeling extremely spendy, you can go to Great China nearby.

I've been craving Chow Fun for a week - even more intensely after abysmal experiences at a couple Chinese noodle joints in El Cerrito. This was great! A big portion of hot Veggie Chow Fun with crunchy bok choy.

1 star off for no other vegetables other than bok choy and I would have liked the bok choy cut into smaller pieces - they were pretty much stir fried as is.

Takeout just over $10 with the tip. A great reward on a cold night for making it through a hot yoga class down the street.

Not the best food. But does the job and price is not bad. My favorites are the fried rice and won ton soup. They are my go to Chinese food delivery in the area.  I've only dined in the actual restaurant once or twice. Lunch specials are legit.

Chinese family-style cuisine, that I dearly do appreciate. Portions are never too little, nor too much. Food is solidly cooked to perfection, with only the best of intentions at heart.

Great place for students to grab a quick and affordable lunch! This is not a fancy restaurant so if you're looking to impress a date, probably not a great stop. BUT, if you want to impress your date with amazing prices, then definitely worth considering. Their portion sizes are great and they have quite the variety in their lunch menu. You choose a dish and it comes with a side salad, small bowl of hot and sour soup, egg roll, orange slice, and your choice of plain rice, fried rice, or chow mein. The fried rice and chowmein cost a bit extra (about $1.25 for the noodles).
Personally I find the hot and sour soup to be too strong in flavor and sometimes it's overwhelmingly sour. Their dishes are yummy, but nothing fantastic. But honestly, where else can you find filling food for about $6 a person! That's insanely cheap and a great deal for fellow broke college students such as myself.
